About

We built qadial because the honest dialer didn't exist.

Enterprise CCaaS costs $150/seat/month and takes six weeks to deploy. Open-source dialers demand a sysadmin and a SIP specialist. We wanted the middle — the predictive-dialer, IVR, and recording that a 10-to-50 agent team actually needs, priced honestly, provisioned in under an hour.

How we work

  • Small team, direct contact. When you email contact@qadial.com, you get a human who works on the product, not a tier-1 queue.
  • Wallet-based, not seat-based. We refuse to tax headcount. 20 agents for $39 is the floor, not the ceiling, and calls bill per-minute from a balance you control.
  • Four markets, deliberately. We dial US, Canada, UK, and Australia only. Everywhere else is hard-blocked at the carrier. That's how we keep $5,000 toll-fraud invoices from showing up on your doorstep.
  • Your data on your side. For hosted tenants: per-tenant isolation, 30-day default recording retention, standard DPA on request. For enterprise deploys: everything runs on your VPS with your carrier.
  • No contracts. Cancel by email, get your unused wallet balance back. We should earn the renewal every month.

Who qadial is built for

  • Sales & BDC teams dialing the US, Canada, UK, or Australia and tired of per-seat bills.
  • BPOs in Pakistan, India, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Egypt, and beyond who serve English-speaking markets from a browser.
  • Support & customer-success teams needing ACD, IVR, and recording without a CCaaS suite.
  • Enterprises with existing carrier contracts who want the qadial platform on their own infrastructure — see the enterprise page.
